It looks like your video drivers are freezing during a texture map operation. Check they are up to date.

Ok, I'll try another driver ( there is only a beta driver and mine which i have atm) and I'm gonna tell you if it works or not.

I have that same error if i start preview, stop preview, and then start preview again. I will install the 340.43 beta Nvidia Driver and see if it helps.

Seems someone else also replied to this thread and mentioned NVIDIA driver. Accre, it's confusing to have two different issues in the same thread so please make your own thread if you have issues.

Wait why do you have ATI drivers installed if you have an NVIDIA card?

I have the ATI R270x and installed the driver for that card. At the moment i run on the Beta driver which includes the upcoming settings but the problem occurs furthermore.

Not really sure what else to suggest unfortunately, it seems something is causing OBS texture mapping to freeze and it seems related to your video card / drivers.

I was responding to Maiks problem. My mention of having the same issue was limited to that one post. I didnt think i should make my own thread on an issue if theres a recent, open thread about that same issue. On every other forum i ever go to, thats grounds for post deletion or even a ban.

"This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\syswow64\kernelbase.dll' module"

Could'nt it mean that there is any problem with windows 7?

I have that same issue with my 780 TI Kingpin Edition on Nvidia 340.43 Beta Driver. Did a clean install.

You can have that kind of error if your drivers are the culprit. Kernel errors arent really indicative of Windows errors by themselves.

Do u use windows 7 x64? Before i had windows 8 and obs did run perfectly but because of my handy driver i needed to install win7 and here the problem happens since 5 days.

I have Windows 8.1 pro X64. I didnt have this issue, or the black screen issue, until i (accidentally) updated to the current beta version.
