I'm running a fresh install of OBS v0.651b on 64-bit Windows 8.1 with no plugins.
I've noticed that with the application open and selected (when it has focus), the CTRL and F8 keys (possibly others) get eaten by OBS and they don't make it to any other application listening for those key presses.
I have one program installed listening for the CTRL key that toggles my ability to move my mouse between my multiple monitors (Dual Display Mouse Manager 1.1) and one program that is listening for F8 to take screen region screenshots (Greenshot 1.2.6 build 7).
This issue does not affect me with ANY other program on my computer, including having a video game fullscreen or with the Windows 8 metro tiles screen open. It is only with OBS selected that these keys stop working outside of OBS.
