HeyGuys,
So, recently I've had a problem on Twitch. My own stream runs perfectly via OBS, no dropped frames, nothing bad on my end, but I cannot see anything in the preview on twitch, nor can my buddy.
Also had 5-6 people telling me it was constantly buffering. So, I tried restarting the stream a couple of times and changing servers to Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Stockholm. After about 30 minutes it self-heals or something because my three last sessions have all been the same. After 30 minutes it seems like people can watch with no lag or buffering at all.
I think it has to do with my ISP which is Bredbandsbolaget, Sweden. Running 100/100 but it seems their routing to twitch servers fail. See, people that have BBB can't connect to my stream, it constantly buffers, even with low bitrates.
Is there anything I can do on my end to help them, or what do I tell my ISP in order for them to troubleshoot?
Any help appreciated.
