1. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but it looks like you are. Right-click on the OBS shortcut, Properties, Advanced, enable Run As admin, Ok, Apply, Ok.
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (scene 'основа').
3. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render and encode scenes fast enough 0.2% of the time. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable V/Gsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (240, 180, 120, 60) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.
Multipass and Psycho Visual Tuning use additional GPU.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
4. Your log contains streaming sessions with 0.1% dropped frames, not disconnects. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. The quick fix is to enable Dynamic Bitrate. Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamic Bitrate, Apply, OK. Do this before you start streaming. If still having issues then follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

If still having issues then post a new log.

1. Killer's Software Suite is known for its poor performance and issues when trying to stream. Please download the package from the vendor's page , completely uninstall all Killer NIC items and run the installer, choosing to only install the Hardware Drivers.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (30.0.0). Please update to version 30.2.3 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
4. Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".
5. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene 'Игры'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

If still having issues after making ALL of those changes, post a new log.

3. I will try it, hope plugins will work without problems after update.
4. It needed or stream can go to mudfish vpn while i stream FF14 and eat paid traffic as it did few times before i bind it for my local IP.
5. Don't think it will cause reconnects but i will look at this.
