Question / Help OBS Connection issue

Hey Guys,
i just reset my PC because i got a lot of bluescreens and other errors.
I installed Win10 as new OS and everythin works Fine.
i just got one problem every time i start streaming i got frame drops, no ingame framedrops like the most people get
my OBS is just showing up that i drop frames (like my upload is to slow to handle it) but my Ping does not change and my game dont get laggy.

Specs:

Download 100mbit
Upload 6mbit


PC:
OS: Win10
CPU: Intel i7-4790k
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 MSi
Mainboard: MSi B85M-E45
Ram: 16Gb

i dont mean that my viewers are talkin about lag or something like that i just see it in OBS that i drop frames.
