Question / Help OBS Config for GOOD PC! Plz HELP!

Hello. First of all sorry for my bad english. I'am trying to stream League of legends. I have a good picture but sometimes my stream freez for 4-10 sec.

My PC spec:

• Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme
• CPU: i7-3930k @ 4.60 GHz
• Memory: DDR3, Kingston HyperX Beast 16Gb 2400 MHz
• SSD: OCZ Vector
• Graphics card: Asus GTX780 3Gb
• System: MS Windows 8.1 x64

Does it freeze for the rest of the recording or only the 4-10 seconds?

hmm. I dont recording I stream.

At the start it goes perfect but after several minuts freeze for some sec while it load. And this freezes can appear randomly.

It looks like this but without black screen:
