Question / Help Obs Closes when I am playing a game and I am unable to re-open it

So there has been this problem with OBS that seems quite strange. If I leave OBS open (while not recording) while I am in a game, OBS will not still be open when I close the game or ALT + TAB. In addition, if I go to open OBS afterward, and I click on the OBS icon, the program still does not open. It is almost as if it ignores my command. I have tried things such as restarting my computer and even re-installing, but nothing seems to work.

What's weird is if I restart my PC OBS opens up again when I click it, however it also still closes when I go into a game.

It would be awesome if someone could point out a solution to this issue as I have done some research and no one seems to of had this problem yet.

Hmmm... that would make sense why OBS crashing but I also can't re-open it. That should not be because my processor can't run both. Although I should also clarify that I recently did a PC wipe and I was able to run OBS just fine before doing so. Also, my processor is pretty awesome so that shouldn't be the case.
