Question / Help Obs cfg

Hi everybody,

I have some issue with OBS while I'm streaming like fps drops.
So, I need your help to improve my stream waiting my new CFG and my new connection.

Actually, this is my cfg :

CPU : i5 2500 3,3ghz
RAM : 24gb ddr 3
GPU : ATI 7970 3go
SSD : OCZ Octane
Game : CSGO
Upload : 1100kbps
Res screen : 1920x1080
Res ingame : 1280x960

I want stream at 480p max for the moment.
I will buy the latest i7 & a new mb in december and I will have FTTH in 1 or 2 month but I want start stream right now.

I'm sorry but streaming CSGO at 480 won't get you any viewers. And 1100 kbps upload is quite low to stream a high-motion game. I doubt you could do anything to make it look better.

I seen many people look 480p csgo.
I just want in first time correct my fps drops.
