I'm using OBS and since swapping to a new computer I get high ping spikes playing dota. Bitrate seems to have no effect on the spikes. Ping will be normal then spike randomly to 3-500 every 30s to a minute for a few seconds then goes back down.
I've tried fiddling with low network impact and the low latency options and that hasnt seemed to work either. I've tried variations on both bitrate and buffer size too. There are other people on the network but they don't experience any drop in network quality or increase in ping which makes me think its my pc, but I have no clue tbh
