So yesterday I was in the middle of recording a long Risk of Rain Returns run and I noticed my laptop fans started getting really loud hours into the recording. I ended up having to stop and investigate and I noticed Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) in task manager was taking up 50 megabytes more ram and using a lot of CPU while OBS was open, sometimes going up to 9%. That may not seem like a lot but it was enough for my fans start going off when usually they're silent while recording, and I wanted to leave my laptop on overnight to keep my ingame progress and continue playing the next day, and I really didn't want my fans blasting at full speed that entire time. I've never had this problem until yesterday.
I was still using an older version of OBS, so I tried getting a fresh install on the latest version and I still have the same problem. I recently updated my computer so maybe that did something.
