Question / Help Obs causes my live gamer hd to lag

I recently got a live gamers hd capture card and installed it (its the internal pci-x) the card itself so far is running great and i have been using obs for a long time but for some reason obs is causing the game being played on the capture card to lag up to 2 seconds witch is completely unplayable!!! OBS does not even have to be broadcasting or previewing for the lag to occur it just has to be open. Now i have my ps3 going to the live gamer hd by HDMI then my computer going to my 55in tv by HDMI. When live gamer is open theres no issue and when i put my live gamer hd to full screen there is no issue but if live gamer hd is full screen while obs is open then i get that 2 second lag. if i leave the live gamer hd in its normal size screen with obs open its fine the problem is you cant see it well enough so i need to be able to have it on full screen. I have had to switch to using xsplit for my broad casting because i do not get this issue using xsplit but i HATE xsplit and i find OBS easier and has more things i would like to do, so if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate the help!!!

I do not have a OBS log for this issue because since i cant get it working right i have not streamed it so theres no log to add for it but i can give a log for from when i stream unrealted to this issue

That was actually the incorrect log file, could you do another session and then post the log file from that one?

This still isn't a good log file, sorry. :( It's limited to game capture diagnostic stuff, which seems odd since you shouldn't need game capture if you're using a capture card.

That's an HDCP issue, you'll need to either use hardware that strips the HDCP protection or use component cables with an adapter. Using window capture on RECentral is probably the worst way to do it and can introduce problems like this.
