Question / Help OBS Causes Game to Stutter

When I start to stream with OBS, there is a noticeable stutter when I play my games even though I get over 100 fps. I know OBS is very CPU intensive but I don't know what I can do to reduce it. I have disabled preview, set my CPU preset to super fast, and have the application auto minimize. I have an Intel 3960x.

Upload speed ~ 5.2mbps
I will also include pics of my settings

Any help is appreciated!

Same issue, don't know how to fix it. Only some games do it, others don't. All on PC as well. GTX 780Ti and i7-3820 3.8 even though the FPS on OBS is a stable 30, it's still a little stttery on stream, not in game

My problem is in game. I can set my stream to 60fps, although it does not look 60fps, but my actual game itself stutters.
