It's not a concern because you would have to be making a concerted effort to hit the daily write limit on a modern SSD over an extended period of time to make it wear down within its warranty period. On a Samsung 850 Pro for example you would have to write something like 40GB to it every day for 10 years to accomplish this. Even the early Intel drives were guaranteed for something like 20GB of writes a day for 10 years. You can check your own drive's specs but this probably isn't the sort of thing you should be worried about.
