Question / Help OBS can't record my games

i don''t know what is happen with mine OBS ?? I can't record it ( it just say that i need to install DirectX 10 and i install it but it still can't work out and it say my video card need to be update and i update it too and it say mine is Window vista out of date but i using Windows 8.1 ) Please help me with this error!

I install it and scan but it say there isn't any things i need now ? And the error still there ???
