Webcam A is an older model that has become problematic, and I liked the quality of Webcam B, so I bought Webcam C to replace Webcam A and use 2 C920s.
If I don't have Webcam A connected and only the C920s are recognized, OBS can't discern between them. They're 2 separate selectable items on this menu, but the feed for Webcam B is displayed no matter which one I choose.
The only way I've found around this is to have Webcam A hooked up for no other purpose than to allow me to select a non-C920 cam. If I want to switch a feed from Webcam B to C, I can switch it to Webcam A first, and THEN I switch it to Webcam C.

* Fixed an issue with selection of devices that use the same name in the device source (paibox)
... it seems the developers believe this issue is already fixed. So just wanted to bring this to you guys' attention.
