Hello,
Ever since roughly around last Thursday 10/27 I have been unable to stream due to OBS not maintaining a good bit rate which leads to drop frames. it seems to get worse and worse with each day. I have been unable to pin point the problem if it is twitch itself or an issue with OBS. I ran a speed test to the twitch hub that I use and I get 88mb down and 12mb up which should be more than optimal. I have tried reducing my bit rate and it seemed to have no change. Is anyone else experiencing this?
