Question / Help OBS build, help please#

Hi, before i used Xsplit to stream but a friend told me about OBS and then i started use it, but there's a problem that i can't fix whatever i do.
I just want OBS to stream League of Legends and i can stream another offline games, but the problem is with LoL because it is an online game and when i stream i always get high ping and i can't play. I even change the settings on OBS several times, but always the high ping (150+).

I have a desktop with this specs:
- 8GB RAM;
- nVidia GeForce GTX650 Ti 1GB GDDR5;
- I5 3570 3,40GHz;
- Windows 7 64 BITS;
- Network with 30Mb/s download and 3.30Mb/s upload;
- 1366x768 Resolution (native) and i use it for all games.


I went to OBS estimator and choose the next choices:
-2ns/3rd Gen Core i5/i7
- nVidia GeForce 560 or higher
- High motion / action games
-3000 kbps
- 1280x720 or similar.

And the results are:

CPU Advice

Set FPS to 30
Consider setting FPS to 60 if you have spare CPU power for improved quality
Game Advice

Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice

Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
Enable CBR for improved stream stability
Recommended max bitrate: 2600
Recommended buffer size: 2600

So with this i should stream at 720p with no problem and even with somelag in-game (i think is just the ping, if not i can change settings) i should stream with no problem, but always get high ping online.

Before i come here i tried the logfilles too and give me this, wich i don't know what means:

I change a lot the settings but high ping stills here, so i tried Xsplit again just to test but since the last update i have the same problem, so i can't stream thanks to high ping.
If someone could help me i really apreciate it, because is really annoying and frustate.
Sorry for expensive post but i prefer give all the information to make everything easier. Thanks for any help!

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

I think it solve my problem, if i get any problem or something i'll try come here, thanks a lot!

Oh by the way, i use Monitor Capture, should i check or uncheck the setting "Disable Aero"? Thanks guys!

If you're on Windows 7 or Vista, then definitely disable Aero for monitor capture. But Monitor capture is not the best way to capture LoL.

The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. In the first scene, have a Window Capture (with Aero enabled) of the PVP.net client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game.
