Hi! I want to know how to stop the blur while recording/streaming! I have a really good GPU and CPU so this should not happen!

Here are my specs:
CPU - Intel Core i7-4790k 4.00Ghz
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M 8GB DDR5
RAM - 32GB DDR3
Space - 2TB

What settings I use for obs:
Max Bitrate - 2500
Buffer Size - 2500
Resolution - 1920x1080
FPS - 60
Encoder - x264 (I also have NVIDIA Nvenc. Just incase someone says that this one is better.)

It would be much appreciated if you help.

high resolution low bitrate causes blurring.
Use the local recording settings from https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/ in your recording profile, and downscale your resolution and reduce your framerate for streaming.

1080p60 can't fit well in 2500kbit of video bitrate.

When I stream it only lets me do 3000 though. When I record I can go as high of a bitrate I can. Would you recommend only doing 1080p 30fps? or 35fps?

720p 30fps if you are streaming to twitch and don't have partnership. 2000kbit

Mostly because viewers end up in buffering hell if you go higher.

nvenc is horrid for streaming.
