Question / Help OBS Blurry @720P 60FPS W/ 3k bitrate

Hello I am having trouble with my obs. Whenever I stream or record my content always looks blurry even with a high bitrate.I really hate having low quality content.

Looks fine to me, for your current settings.

Agreed.NVENC is going to lose some quality at 3000 bitrate which will even be a little low for x264. that really isn't all that bad looking.
