OBS Black Screen

HI, Have been using OBS for a few years now, the last recording I made the screen was black, but I could still here the game audio is still present, but not my voice through the mic either. None of the settings have changed. I have tried setting up the game capture again, but with the same result.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I was able to record as normal, but when I closed OBS down and reopened it I just got a black screen again.

I have now added OBS in the Graphics Settings for Windows 10 and selected Power Saving option and restarted OBS, i'm getting game audio, but not the image, please can you help.
