Question / Help OBS Black screen with no NVIDIA Card

So I've been searching around because OBS is only showing me a black screen in the area where the screen normally would be. I've tested recording, and nothing happens still. I've tried looking around, but everything has to do with a NVIDIA card, or something with the tab for that. I've made sure it's the right version, so what do I do

If you're on a laptop and trying to use a Monitor Capture, you MUST set OBS to run on the iGPU, not the discrete GPU. This will also DISABLE Game and Window Capture from working.
