Question / Help OBS Black Screen Help, TRIED EVERYTHING

So I started streaming a few days ago on my pc everything was perfect, then I have a couple days break come back to stream and all I get is black screen, I have tried updating graphics drivers, re installing OBS but I cannot get it to work, I do not want to use window capture because I have shoddy fps when the game is windowed full screen.

the game I am trying to stream is CSGO.
 
I am having the same problems. A couple days ago I set up OBS and twitch for the first time and I was able to stream fine. Then yesterday and today when I try to stream with obs and game capture source...all it shows is a black screen. I reinstalled obs and went thru the tutorials and cannot get it to stream again. All the preview stream/stream functions show a black screen in stead of the game. Please help! I am trying to stream hearthstone.
