I have recently tried to start streaming at 2500 kb/s bitrate, and my bitrate will always climb above 2500, it even got up to 40,000 kb/s one time. I am using cbr and cbr padding, but it still seems to do that. Any help with keeping the bitrate steady at 2500 kb?
