So I have been using OBS to stream and record for the past year and a half. I have never had any serious problems, but now for no reason OBS is using 20% of my CPU and recording at around 2-3 frames per second with a delay of around 15 seconds instead of a few ms. I have no idea why this is happening, because it was working just two days ago, last time i used it. Any help? I have 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, an AMD Radeon 200, which has 3 GB of GDDR5 memory, and a quad core 3.5 GHz Intel i7 processor. I am a tech guy and I am normally very good at fixing hardware and software problems
, but I am just baffled.

Thank you so much for any help/suggestions!
Edit: It only uses 20% when previewing the stream, recording, or streaming. Also, I have already tried uninstalling OBS, and deleting it from the programs folder (x86), programs folder, and roaming folder (appdata)
