So basically, I'm having an odd issue with OBS, when I'm streaming, my audio for my game and for my Mic go out of sync by at least 1.5 seconds, I've tried everything to get them to sync but I still have issues, when recording and previewing, the sound bars indicate they're synced but the point where it gets uploaded, it goes out of time, I really don't know what to do.

Post your logfile, but make sure scene buffering is at least 700ms.

There is a few things you can do, 1. Make your webcam a global source. and 2. put your mic far away from your webcam where it is plugged. I dont know if you have a USB 3.0 port but put your webcam in this port to ensure that your other USB devices aren't saturated by your webcam.

Lastly, If all that didn't work, you can also reduce your webcam resolution to no greater than your broadcast resolution. for example 480p.

I've plugged my camera into my USB 3.0 port on the backplate, my Snowball Ice is now plugged into the top USB 2.0 port on the backplate, I will try making it a global source to see if that makes a difference, I have one last thing to ask, it does it to my game audio too, if a grenade goes off next to me, it does the same thing, its behind and people point it out my on stream, is there anything to indicate what could be causing the game sound to delay too?

your preset is kind of low, which can load down your CPU I personally would watch your CPU temps. IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) temps should be less than 65c on that processor. since you are ocing, I would watch that carefully and maybe ensure that you aren't adding to much voltage for stability. I wont get into that to much but to some homework on thermal throttling

I watch my temps and they never go above 53c, even at a high load, my cooler manages to keep it down, would it be worth me dropping the clock speeds down to 4.0Ghz, when I was at that clock I don't think I ever had a issue but I'm not 100% sure when my audio started doing this.

your scene changes are probably causing the audio sync issues at the heart. you could probably tell me better what your OC should be based on your stability and temps. those aren't out of the ordinary for temps so it should be fine but once you get to a 2 weeks with 0 bluescreens or issues with your OC, you'll know best

I've never had any bluescreens at 4.3GHz or 4.0Ghz, the original clock speed for my CPU is 3.5Ghz, I might try shifting OBS onto an SSD when I get one, hopefully that will sort out my issue somewhat.

So...did you test through your AV issues?
