OBS Audio Issue

I have been streaming with OBS for a while, and it worked fine, however for some reason my audio was right ear only, and when I tried to fix it, I messed with a bunch of settings and ruined it. So I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it and I had a fresh start. I got all of my stuff working except, my audio wont play, my assumption is that OBS only records the desktop audio, because both my Mic

and my capture card audio show as active and the bars move back and forth just like regular audio, but when I record, theres no sign of my mic or capture card audio, and ive done days of research trying to solve this issue, all of them got to the same speaker, and all of the settings are correct, so I have no idea whats wrong@ I've tried everything but complaining about it on these forums, so this is my last resort, I have very important stream in 2 days and I need OBS working by then! All of my video works fine and when I play videos or songs on my desk top the audio for that shows up in the recording, but my mic(Mic/Aux) and my capture card audio(Mic/Aux 2) shpw as working as provided in the screenshot, but they dont show up in the recording, what the heck is going on!?!?!

I am at work right now, so my mic and capture card audio are not plugged in, I will be available again around 2pm CST

You're not panned to one side, so it must be the source itself that's off-center. And your monitoring is all off. Do you need to turn them on?

I also see that you're using the track selections. Are you streaming/recording a different track than you thought?
