Question / Help Obs Audio Choppy/Stuttering, but NOT in stream/recording

I use to PC's one for gaming and one for streaming, I also use a Elgato HD60s. as of now when I stream, my stream audio while listening through twitch works fine but I can only hear choppiness and stuttering through my headset (Logitech G-pro). under sound settings I have my output set to (elgato sound capture) and input set to my headset. if I switch my output back to headset for the game I am running my headset works perfectly, but then obviously my stream audio is now muted. Any help is appreciated.
