Question / Help OBS asking permission every time

Every time i open OBS my pc asks if i want to let this app makes changes to my pc as if it has to update every time. which is daily or maybe a couple times a day. So i think its also messing up my streamlabs alerts.

Check your shortcut properties / compatibility tab. OBS doesn't need to run as admin, only the updater which launches only when updates are detected.

Me too. Why isn't EVERYONE complaining about this? I just want to be able to open programs on my computer without popups for God's sake.
