Ok so whenever I open up OBS it opens for just a second then just disappears and then I can't open it again because my computer thinks its already open but its really not. Also, the last thing I did to OBS before this happened was click quit on OBS. Can anyone help fix the problem since I already looked it up and there are no fixes on it.
