Question / Help OBS and Youtube

im using default OBS setting, the only change i made was 4000 kb/s bitrate.
1920x1080
x264 encoder

and im satisfied with the video result, but when i upload to youtube the quality dropped so much. the only quality option available was 360p. how much p actually my original video was ?, how can i get the glorious 720p60 ?
