Hi. I am trying to help my friend stream PCSX2, however we are having an odd problem. Whenever he starts streaming his FPS in PCSX2 is cut in half to 30. Other games/ emulators work just fine. The odd thing is, we are using the same rev of PCSX2 with the exact same settings, and all our settings in OBS are also exactly the same. I have no problem whatsoever streaming 60fps so I have no idea what it could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
