Question / Help OBS and Elgato : Audio Delay

Hello, I have been trying to record using OBS and Elgato. I am not streaming just recording. I have already tried delaying my mic, it works, then in about 5 seconds the audio of the game cuts and is then restored to being off sync with the game and my commentary. I have no idea how to have it so I can have the game, the game audio and my commentary all at the same time. Can someone please help?
