Question / Help OBS and Avamedia live gamer hd

so i have a 2 pc stream set up using the Avamedia live gamer hd, when i luncher recentral i can see and hear my gaming pc but when going into obs and setting up the widow capture all i get is a black screen. does anyone know how to fix this or am i just setting it up wrong?

Never mind i fixed it, i was running rec central and trying to capture the window with the gaming pc video in it. i then after more reading on the forums found that i dont need to open recentral i can just capture from the device itself. using video capture device in obs. hope this helps anyone else that didnt know this. :)
