Question / Help OBS affecting in game FPS drops to 1-15 HELP

I have been using OBS to stream for the past couple of months with no issues untill after the update now my machine is more than capable of streaming
FX 6300 water cooled overclocked at 4.6ghz
AMD r9 270x 2gb

I stream at 30fps
downscaled to 720p can one of you fine ladies and gentlemen help :) ?

Thank you kind sir. Try changing the x264 CPU preset to very fast. That will help a bunch for your in game frames. Tell me if that helps.
 
Awh man worked like a charm thanks i didn't think changing that would effect peformance i thought it would do the opposite thanks a bunch!!!!!!!
