Question / Help OBS "Acting funny" with screen capture Win 8.1-64bit

I have an issue where OBS captures the sound and my mouse cursor but has this wierd blurry background to everything i do when i use screen capture:

System:
AMD FX-8350 @ 4,4GHz
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
8GB G.skill sniper 1866mhz CL10
Gigabyte R9 280X
Kingston SSDNow v300 (Boot drive)
2 x WD Caviar Blue (Storage)

!!!!!NOTE!!!!! It worked fine when i was running windows 7 64-bit ultimate (No logs from that sorry)

Install/reinstall the latest drivers from AMD. Refer to https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/performing-a-clean-gpu-driver-installation.65/ if you want to do a clean installation.

On an unrelated side note: Go to Settings > Advanced and put your scene buffering time back to 700. Unless you're running a 2PC streaming setup or you're streaming very low motion content you'll most likely want to turn your preset back to fast as well.

Reinstalled my drivers and did the settings changes. Still no change.

Well i found a solution. I turned down opacity all the way to 0 and then back up to 100. Don't know what went wrong but it works now
