This has been an issue for quite sometime, I made a thread before but no-one responded. I think I have finally found out what's causing the problem.
The Issue: When I record a video using VBR with the NVENC the video looks really stuttery, jittery - basically looks like it's 1/2 the framerate I'm actually recording at (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4yQXdg5ZC8) As you can see this video certainly isn't 60fps, heck it looks more like 20fps to me
However if I record with a CBR it looks perfectly fine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtIQlX3-lWY) As you can see this video looks smooth and actually runs at true 60fps.
What I think the problem is: I believe this is something NVIDIA have changed in the last few driver updates (355.60 - 355.98) When I install 353.62 VBR works perfect, as does CBR...
Extra Info: ~using the 355.60 - 355.98 drivers~ When I record a VBR video with the NVENC encoder it plays back perfectly smooth in Window 10's Film & TV but if I try and play the video with VLC Media Player or upload it to YouTube it looks stuttery, jittery etc.. etc...
