OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\system32\bfllr.dll' module.

Seems to be your wireless network card driver crashing. Check to see if it has any updates. Alternatively (and strongly recommended) plug in a LAN cable and don't stream over wireless.

but i don't have a wireless network card. this is my desktop connected by ethernet

Look through all your programs for something like "Killer PCI-E by Bigfoot Networks" or something. The dll is part of something like that.

ah, found it. do i just have to update it or do i have to reinstall?

You should be able to find new drivers on Bigfoot Networks's web site, and just run the installer for the drivers.
