OBS 32.0.1 w/ RTX 5070ti: can't see CQP rate control option?

LMAO, yo. I know the acronyms match but I thought it might be different since I was seeing "CQP" in tuts/screenshots. Like here https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/guides/broadcasting-guide/
I suppose OBS just changed it to read Constant QP instead now lol?
