[OBS 28.0.3] Random audio stuttering when recording

When I record my videos, my audio will randomly start to stutter for a couple seconds. It has been happening for the last month and I couldn't find any solutions online. I tried turning Audio monitoring on and off, and it still did not fix it. I am not using a microphone and only recording game audio using the win-capture audio v.2.2.3 plugin.

No frames are dropping and my computer should be able to handle recording while playing.

Please resolve the issues presented in the analyzer.
You don't need that many game captures. One is enough, two if you vtube. Display capture needs it's own scene.
In case you feel the need for many game captures, create as many scenes as you need for each game capture.

Then restart the computer (not trun off and on, actual restart) and test again.
