Question / Help [OBS 23.0.1] CS:GO looks laggy with 200+ fps, even without streaming

So recently my OBS makes my CS:GO look laggy when not even streaming.
If I close OBS, everything runs perfectly fine but when I open it and I switch to my CS:GO scene it starts looking laggy.

I have CS:GO in a Game Capture source

EDIT: When I minimize OBS, it doesn't appear laggy. But that's a shitty solution since I wan't to see whether I'm muted or whether my stream is running normally

Have you disabled Game mode and Game DVR in windows 10? Link in the signature.
