Question / Help OBS 0.8.3 (CLRBrowser)

I apologize if this is either in the wrong section or just a stupid question.

I've just got myself a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 GE, which up until the test builds wasn't supported by OBS, I'm struggling to find out if CLRBrowser is supported in the test build 0.8.3 and if it is, how do I enable it? I've put the plugin in the given plugins folder but nothing shows up when I try to add it.

OBS 1 plugins do not work in OBS MP.

Although now seem to be having an issue adding my notifications in whilst using this.

Also, version 0.8.3 is out of date. You should use 0.9.1.

I've just updated to 0.9.1. Is there anyway to get custom notifications in 0.9.1 currently? I see the Browser plugin posted above but have no clue if you can add css to it or just direct links.
