Actually, this one is implemented.
Thats a start. I see the WASAPI implementation, but no ASIO support. VST host option doesnt exist, MIDI support for hotkeys (at least for hotkeys, actually the whole software can be mapped to a MIDI controller!) - nada. Direct integration of useful audio and video tools - nope (i talk about basic stuff like a compressor, limiter, some basic effects like reverb blah - homemade, if nobody can - then take good freeware and integrate it).
Once this is integrated and actually gets a good UI (and yes we love a ton of buttons, faders, knobs and volume rockers right there, not hidden as far as possible), it will be a pleasure to work with.
Right now to add a gain filter i have to rightclick the source, go to filters, add the damn filter and only then i can actually do something with this, at the same time i dont see other stuff. All that in the OBS MP.
In the old one i just rightclick the source, go to properties and bam, there is everything in one spot, it is not only faster but also visible at the same time.
Dont make it worse. Once you open both clients and try to do the same basic stuff, you will notice how stupid the MP is designed, not just the UI but everything else will drive you crazy.
Take a look at that software:

Thats how a professional UI would look like, just not with audio tracks in the middle but with video.
It looks overwhelming for everyone who has no idea what to do, but allows everyone else to work fast, efficient and without any problems.
The whole UI is scaleable, mappable to midi and hotkeys (and i mean everything, inc. third party plugins etc), everything happens on the main screen and screen regions are designed to make sense and improve the workflow, not to make the guy in front of the screen angry...
