Question / Help OBS - 0.16.2 - Dropping Frames Upon Starting Stream

I have same issue, 15.4 doesn't drop frames, anything beyond that does. I have logs:

Unfortunately, those logs are useless because they show no streaming attempts. The AAC decoder error messages would also make it very hard to read anything even if you had streaming attempts.
