Question / Help Nvidia NVENC won't work even though i have a GTX Gpu?

Alright so im using a laptop with the following specs:

i5-4210H 2.9-3.5GHz
GTX 850M 4vRAM
4GB DDR3 RAM

Whenever i use the Nvidia NVENC option in the Encoding tab, to use more on GPU and less on the CPU, it always says Encoder Initialization failed!

I don't know what's happening, what am i doing wrong here?
