Make sure you have the latest drivers from http://www.geforce.com/drivers

If you use the new beta release a custom DLL isn't required for OBS.

I am using the latest Nvidia Beta Drivers Version 337.50 and OBS 0.613b and I am having the issues with the .dll among others. heres my log, any ideas?

FYI the post you quoted was from February and referenced an older set of beta drivers. The new 337.50 release currently breaks NVENC support, which is why you need to roll back.

I got the sysWOW64.zip form the topic you posted, and dropped it on the old ones in safe mode....Same problem persists, on click to stream I get initialization failure.. :(

What version of the Nvidia drivers are you actually using so I can attempt to uninstall and re-install an older driver set.

Download and install the current latest non-beta nVidia drivers, after uninstalling your current drivers.
