I have a really bad CPU and wanted to lighten the load on it when I stream, and I found out about this encoder, except it's not showing up in the options for the encoder, only Software x264.
Yes, my drivers, my windows and my OBS are all up to date.
Here are my (bad) specs (on my pre-built PC):
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
RAM: 8GB
