Question / Help Nvidia nvenc frame drops problem? CSGO

Hey! I have a little problem with my stream. Getting some strange framedrops on the stream, and i do not know why?

OBS says that i do not have any framedrops at all, but on the stream you can clearly see it.

And i'm using nvidia nvenc with 3500 bitrate, and high quality on the advance settings tab.

My pc and internet
MSI GTX 970
i5 4670k

100/100 mbit connection.

Soo.. how to fix that? :(
 
I have same problem with the latest 0.64 obs and latest nvidia drivers. FPS stays fine above 200 (-300) but game stutters a bit, little fps drops every other second which you can see from stream also, it isn't smooth etcetc. Gotta try downgrading then.
