Question / Help Nvidia NVEC Fails The Encoding

After attempting to try out Nvidia NVEC with my new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti GPU, I got an error message when trying to livestream to twitch.

OpenEncodeSessionEx Failed!

You most likely don't have a valid licence key.
Either put one in the environment variable NVEC_KEY
or download a prebuilt ObsNvec.dll with a
licence key included from the OBS forums.

I disabled NVEC, because livestreaming worked before I had it enabled, and that allowed me to livestream. So how can I get the proper .dlls or whatever I may need so I can use NVEC?

You need to use the latest Nvidia beta drivers, as they're the first to include the needed license key.

I installed the latest beta driver, but now the option isn't even available! it's greyed out!

EDIT: Well that was wierd... It's back now
