Is it somehow possible to force a quality balance above 10 for NVENC? I'm recording a pretty low resolution game (1024x768, 60 FPS), and even with quality balance 10 and 50mbit/s max bit rate it looks pretty bad in some situations. (Kind of looks like colors bleeding over into nearby pixels.) Setting the bit rate even higher doesn't really do anything either, as the video file almost never even seems to go beyond 15kbit/s, while mostly hovering around 5-10kb/s in moving scenes.
Lossless looks perfect (obviously), but ~1.1GB per minute is a bit much for me.
