Question / Help Nvenc or x264?

Im getting a pc with a ryzen 5 2600 and a gtx 1660. Which should i use the new nvenc or x264. I will be at 1500kbps upload and it will be at 720p.
 
GTX 1660's NVENC hardware outputs nearly similar quality to x264 medium preset, when configured correctly, making it the most reasonable option.
